So I’m jumping on this bandwagon….

I’m the kind of person that gets paranoid about putting things on the internet.

I also place a high value on privacy.

So jumping on this bandwagon and joining Tumblr is a huge leap of faith for me.

Now, don’t get me wrong…I’m a highly social, free-loving person. But blogging has never been my thing. I never had a myspace, livejournal, wordpress, twitter, or any other those other microblogging concoctions.

I used to have a Xanga back in the day (thanks to the insistence of my Asian friends).

And I do have a Facebook (which I joined in college to help me keep in touch with people).

But…Tumblr sparked my interest, so here I am.

I was also starting to feel guilty when I’d bookmark someone’s page without making my presence/appreciation known. So, here I am!
